We are Soroptimist International of Clovis, the local club of Soroptimist, a global volunteer organization that provides women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment.
Our monthly meeting is at the Clovis Veterans Memorial District, 808 4th St. Clovis CA. (Take a look at the calendar for ongoing dates, such as fun and rewarding programs and speakers, as well as other special events and gatherings.)

We use our collective power to provide women and girls with the resources and opportunities they need to reach their full potential and live their dreams. Education is a large part of making a difference in a women or young girls life.
The Soroptimist “Dream Programs” are primarily delivered locally by clubs and members like ours in 21 countries and territories. Soroptimist International of Clovis is excited to present both the Live Your Dream and Dream It Be It programs, investing in the dreams of women and girls in our local area.
The name, Soroptimist, means “best for women,” and that’s what the organization strives to achieve. Additional Club projects range from renovating domestic violence shelters, lending a voice to human trafficking which can present itself in many forms. We work with the Marjoree Mason Center, the Evangel Home, Kids in Transition, and The Family Healing Center. Annually we grant thousands of dollars to women and girls in the form of educational awards.
